Billing & Checkout

How billing works

ACK uses prepaid track packs. You only pay when you start tracking a message. Acknowledging is free.

No overages

When your track balance reaches zero, starting new tracks is disabled until you purchase more.

Stripe Checkout

When you buy a pack, you'll be redirected to Stripe Checkout to complete payment. After payment, your tracks are added to your workspace.

Expiry

Purchased tracks are valid for 12 months after purchase.

What is a track?

1 track = tracking 1 message (up to 100 @mentions). Group @mentions are expanded into individual @mentions.

What is an ack?

An ack is a reaction on the main tracked message that indicates acknowledgement. Only reactions on the main message count (not replies in the thread).

Do you charge per seat?

No. Pricing is based on tracks, not the number of users. Your whole workspace can acknowledge.

Can I change packs at checkout?

Purchasing TrackPacks happens in the client portal. After install, sign in to the portal to purchase additional TrackPacks.
